Tahoe Accomlpishments/Things Iove about California

I have not seen a Walmart since I have lived in California,

I have not been through a drive through since my last day in Rockford,

I have gotten 3 promotions since I have lived here,

I have a regular full-time job,

I have not eaten at a McDonalds or Popeyes in over 3 months,

I attended a Winter outdoor music festival,

I’ve convinced a ~~whole bunch of~~ wonderful boy that i’m wonderful too,

I live on a constant basis with at least 5 boys and 3 dogs, but usually more,

The day I stopped living In my tent was the last day that I used a microwave,

I read more and watch TV less,

I have made girl friends,

Winter sports and water sports,

It is BEAUTIFUL here,

I walk more and weigh less,

Hiking and rock climbing,

People are nice here; Strangers, co-workers, cab drivers, everyone is so much, more laid back.,

There is music everywhere,

My couch is never empty,

You don’t need money to survive out here,

I don’t need or want as much as I used to,

Everyone owns a dog,

I’m typing this at work,

I have an accent,

80% of tahoe is under the age of 30,

I can throw a baseball into the lake from my house,

Vitamin D- the sun shines here all day every day,

Free hot chocolate and granola bars every morning,
